I'm still having a hard time, I am still vomiting and still don't really eat anything... I had an endoscopy yesterday and just showed inflammation around the stomach...I am so frustrated with everything, I really wish I could turn back the hands of time.

Are you taking any medications (maybe one of them can be causing it?)

Are you getting sick after eating or after waiting and then drinking? ( I know I need to wait an hour after eating before I can drink otherwise I am sick)

Have you been in touch with your doctor?

I wish I knew the answer to help you feel better because I know what it is like to get sick :(

The only thing I'm taking is suppository nausea medicine...I don't eat and now my drinking has slowed down...I'm scared I'm gonna dehydrate but right now I just don't know what to do...and I don't know why in nauseas cuz my stomach is empty...

Oh man, not good.

Hopefully your doctor will be able to help you out.

In the meantime maybe you can try some pedialyte popsicles, this should help keep you hydrated if your able to get them in. Or just the regular pedialyte if cold things cause problems.

I get nauseas too, but my dr gave me a pill. I'm almost a month out and still get nausea a lot, and I'm eating very little. Only a few spoonful of something and I'm full.

I was sleeved Nov 12. I've had horrible nausea and exhausted all the nausea meds in the hospital, even that suppository (ugh). I came home with two Different nausea pills but I stopped them. I'm feeling better now overall. I do find that I'm the most nauseous when my stomach is empty. Especially the mornings. It takes me two hours of sipping Water and eating tiny bites of applesauce or cottage cheese to feel ok. If I eat 2-3 small bites of something I enjoy like applesauce or sf pudding, it kicks the nausea. Nausea sucks. You are in my thoughts and prayers as I know it's an emotional roller coaster to deal with that.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
