Me too! I am freezing all the time. I wear a sweatshirt over my pj's in bed.

Freezing all the time. I am thinking about getting a little space heater soon for under my home office desk. Temperature is setback 72 F during the day, but it does not keep me warmed very well. What does help is to wear a hoodie sweatshirt all the time inside. LOL!

I'm constantly cold now. I've had my little space heater on at night to stay warm. It's even forced my cold loving hubby to sleep in the spare room! And my temp stays lower as well. It hovers around 97.5 ish. This is such a crazy journey!

Dressing in layers really helps.

OMG!!! I thought it was only me! I was sleeved on the 14th and I am ALWAYS freezing. I sleep with my robe, socks and heater on. Previously I was always HOT. Glad to see I'm not going crazy lol

So timely. I was sleeved in July and just thought the A/C was changed. My sister was here to take of me and I didn't want to change it so she wouldn't be too hot. Then, I thought it was because the temps were getting cooler outside. Yesterday I work I was freezing and I even had an extra sweater on. I thought I was getting sick. So glad I'm normal--not a word that can usually be used with me. :)

I have learned so much from this site.

I didn't get cold until after I'd lost about 80 pounds. Since then I've been freezing ALL the time. I wear nothing but sweaters, and sleep in polar fleece Jammie's under two fleece blankets. And to think...I'm. considering moving back to Alaska!!! LOL

I'm feeling the same way, I'm always cold and shivering. When I was heavier I was always hit and sweating lol. I want to say it's a good thing, but I don't like to be cold lol.

Yup, I think most of us went from being hot all the time to being cold all the time. Time to layer up!

This has been one of the BEST perks for me so far honestly!! Before I was ALWAYS hot. I would sweat in 20 degrees, my window was always slightly open. After surgery when I got home I've been slightly chilly at first. The other night while watching TV I had on a sweater, long PJ pants and fuzzy socks. My mother commented on how I had clothes on in comparison to before! I always walked around the house literally half naked lol. I haven't slept with my window closed in a LONG time and I haven't had it open this past week and have NOT woken up in a poll or sweat. My fingers toes and nose have even been ice cold at times!!' This is an AMAZING thin for me!!! I'm so happy!!

The true test will be Summer! It will be so nice to not sweat all my makeup off! I've never had a comfortable Summer!

Omg I thought it was just me, but I am constantly cold. But I love it, it's better than being hot. Thank God my car you can control your heat, my husband likes his side cold and I like it hot!!!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
