Waxing...down There.

Recommended Posts

Here's another question. My skin is loose in that area. I'm worried about my skin being loose or thin. Any thoughts on how waxing effects that??

Ask if they can use a numbing gel. My vsg reward is brazil south of the border. I have a friend that is an aestician. One of her techs does trannys, crossdressers and so on. They have seen it all. Five treatmens...done. Maybe an occasional touch up. I live in arizona and its cooler 'down there'. I got yeast inf. from sweating.

When I was bigger around 325lbs I had a horrid experience with waxing, I went to this place local to me big big salon does everything booked a full leg hollywood and underarms waxing.
This woman pulled faces at me didn’t want to touch my fat it was a lot of fingertip touching with a grimace on her face she had gloves on and trust me I wasn’t a stinky slob for her to be so clearly disgusted with me!
I felt so awful after that she made me feel sub human and like I was disgusting.
Needless to say I never went there again instead i called around a few places and asked did they deal with very large overweight woman and were they comfortable with them.
One place answered in a manner than tipped my yes them bell.
Went for the same full on waxing and the lady was great told me her partner was a very big man and she knows how people look at him.
Shes who I have gone to ever since.
I don’t think waxing is that painful the ankles yes and when they press on the pelvic mound holy bladder pressure but yeah I find it a breeze.
Now self waxing I just can not do my own!
A repore with someone looking at your body does help a lot!

I try and go atleast once every 3 months. I hate not being waxed down there. I like the smooth feeling of it.

I'll chime in: I got waxed for many many years -- the full Brazilian.

Then, I realized for the amount of money I was spending every couple of months, over several years...well laser just made more financial sense! It is expensive but when you do the math on what you spend on waxing...

I had 6 laser treatments, and now I'll never never have to do it again! The hair is gone forever!

I absolutely LOVE it!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
