I dont use it alot I am afraid, but mine is custom also...it is 1100 cal, 42g carbs (as a max not daily) and 85g protien minimum - I aim for 100+.

At lease that is what I think I have it set at my name is pookeyism on that also.

Well, not been aiming for much other that wake up, work, sleep and ibuphrophin for my broken foot...I need to get back on track!

I set mine for 850 calories, 80 grams of Protein, and 40 carbs. I'm almost 7 months out. I set the calories for 850 only so I can keep under 1,000. Generally, though I tend to eat between 850 and 900 calories. I don't look too much at the Fat calories right now as I'm not eating high-fat foods generally.

Mine is set to 750 calories, 90 grams of Protein (yeah maybe a tad high), 22 grams of fat and 40 carbs I think. I usually manage around 70 grams of protein and go slightly over the fat by a few grams.

ugh I can't get mine to work. I did custom and when I put 25% Protein which is 69g.. it automatically adjusts the fat to like 40% which is 49g and carbs to 35% which is 96!!!! it wants me to all the %s to equal 100. :/ what am I doing wrong???? lol

I had that issue too... I couldn't get the numbers exactly where I wanted them to be. I'm almost 5 months out and have mine set at 1,000 calories. Once I input 75g Protein it made my carbs 63g, which my NUT said 45-60 anyway so it's not a huge deal. But, yeah, I had that same issue.

I'm still messing around with the settings but I've had better success since I've personalized the settings. Right now, as a generic setting (until I can double check with my surgeon and nutritionist at my 1 month post-op appointment) I'm at 1,000 calories. My food is all low-fat, sugar-free, vegetarian, and high-protein so I haven't gone so far as to experiment with those specific settings yet. After my follow-up I may try it. However, based on my calorie personalization, I do notice a difference, even if I -am- still getting that "starvation mode" message.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
