Anyone try these? 2.5 oz shots with 28 grams of protein. Low in surar and carbs. Saw them at walgreens by the energy shots.

I have one, havent tried it yet. My NUT wants it be be pure whey isolate. Im not sure if these contain whey protein!? Now I have to find it and check.

We were educated by our NUT that collagenic protein is a no no. They highly recommend Whey protein bc our bodies absorb it better.

Has both proteins in it. Both Hydrolized Whey and callogen

My NUT said the same thing about the callogen protein that you shouldn't drink it because of the way your body breaks it down.

I am for trying anything that has protein, I am tired of the shakes. I am going to get me one.

I was told not to bother with the protein shots, that your body won't absorb the collagen protein.

Unmodified Collagen can not be absorbed. Hydrolized collegen can be and it is very benificial to the connective tissues
