October 29, 201213 yr I've read several posts where people have mentioned that their largest incision is on their left side. Mine is on my right side! Where's your large incision? Does anyone know why there's a difference? Weird!
October 29, 201213 yr Right side for me too. My Dr made 7 incisions for mine. I know others have less. I also had my gall bladder out at the same time so maybe that made a difference.
October 29, 201213 yr My largest incision in the the vertical one above my belly button. the other 4 horizontal ones are tiny - less than an inch. The vertical one is a few inches long...maybe 3-4.

October 29, 201213 yr They have to cut me open, one long cut straight down. Too much scar tissue to do the lapo.
October 29, 201213 yr I have 2 that are about the same, one on the left and one on the right. The other 3 are tiny, but those 2 are each about an inch, inch and a quarter long.
October 30, 201213 yr I have 5 incisions, but I also had a hernia repair. The largest one is on the right, they said that is the hole that they used to remove the stomach.
