The World According to Eggface has a lot of great ideas. I was turned on to the site by others on this forum. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/

  • I don't care for breakfast foods in the morning, actually I dont care for food at all in the morning, BUT if I have my druthers, it would a slice of smoked, unsalted ham - or hummus and feta cheese -

Someone from here turned me onto 3 TBSP cottage cheese and 1/4 of avocado with pepper. It tastes so good, I want to eat it for lunch and dinner too.

Cottage Cheese, 2 string cheeses, a protein bar (Pure Protein has 20g), a milk or yogurt-based smoothie or a low sugar smoothie with protein powder- like berries or cantalope

I DO get in nutrition, but generally it is from a protien shake.

low-sodium string cheese or cheese stick wrapped with thin sliced ham or turkey!

I like breakfast foods for breakfast. But that website does have so many interesting recipes. Thanks for the info.

Not really low cal, but a nice change of pace is corned beef hash. It is extremely easy on a sleeve, and tastes like amazing after a couple months on shakes and scrambled eggs. You need to fry it hard and put a good crust on it. Check the stats. Not as bad as you expect for a quarter cup.

I'm hooked on jimmy dean turkey sausage crumbles with some reduced fat cheese on top.

Honestly, i like having a protein shake for breakfast because there is no time to make anything more than that.
