  4. So all the commercials and all the candy floating around everywhere makes me want it more. I broke down today and had a fun size snickers. OH GOD IT WAS DELISH!!! I feel a little guilty but it's the only thing I've had and will have and i added it to my fitness pal to account for the caliors Glad Halloween is over.
  5. I got the Costco brand benefiber and have been adding it to my liquid. Seems to be helping
  6. I went to Zales last week and they put a little metal bar in it to make it fit better. It should make it last a bit longer. My ring is 8 1/2 and they measured me at 6 1/2 now. But still want to wait a bit
  7. I tried an unflavored one that I mix with crystal light usually fruit punch I got it at the vitamin shoppe. Can't think of the name but they don't have a lot of unflavored ones. This one mixes with water.

  9. I like breakfast foods for breakfast. But that website does have so many interesting recipes. Thanks for the info.
  10. Need breakfast ideas. Besides eggs and Greek yogurt. Really low cal stuff.
  11. 4 weeks out today 27 pounds! Haven't list anything in a few days. This must be the the start of the stall? Finally feeling normal again so I think it might be time to throw myself back into exercise.

  13. Your going to need him. For support and when you come home. It ain't easy!!! If I didn't have my husband helping me for a week. I would not have made it. Helping get you up off the couch. Go the bathroom shower get out of bed. All if it. Believe me!!
  14. That seems like a lot but I think 500-700 calories and 70 g of protein is where we should be and no snacking 3 meals a day is what we have been taught.
  15. You should not be weighing or concerned about weighing your self that close to coming home. Your belly is swollen feet too. At least I was. Just concern yourself with eating drinking and walking like your supposed to. My post op appt at 2 weeks I was 15 pounds down. As of today 28 pounds down. I was sleeved on 9-12-12
  16. Oh girl!! I had the same thing thought it was never going to go away. That stinging pulling a rubberband feeling. Ughhhh I was sleeved on 9/12 and just yesterday was the first day I was able to sleep on my left side and on my belly. It was glorious!! Every one kept saying to be patient. Although its so hard. Everyone is different and has different healing times. Don't short yourself out on the pain med. if your hurting take it especially at night. Don't put a time frame on yourself. You need your sleep to help you heal!!
  17. No way!! Even if u have no complications. It's so hard to get around and sleep. Don't do that to yourself.
  18. Try the mally. It's on qvc and it has a 90!! Day money back and it might even be in easy pay. U get a lot of bang for the buck.
  19. It's not until u start the next phase of food when u actually chew it. That's when u will feel it. When I was on mushy food I stuck to about 1/4-1/2 cup of food. But I added unflavored protein powder to it seems to have made me feel more satisfied. Even though I was not full. But I know that first meal I felt it FULL!!! I was very excited.
