I am going fishing most of the day tomorrow, I won't have a way to cook. What are some easy food ideas that I can take with me? I'm 17 dpo

I so nervous right now. I need to quit thinking bad thoughts about tomorrow in my head. But I'm also excited at the same time.

I have kaiser as well. My surgeon didn't look at how much I have already lost, he wants me to lose 10% of my excess weight (not total weight)

My surgeon is having me off for 6 weeks, but will release me to go back sooner. So I get the time I need.

the only time i see my surgeon is at the consult (which I had on the 9th) and right before they wheel you back for surgery.

I think I might only hit the 12-15 lb lost mark tomorrow Now I'm hoping that my date doesn't get pushed back.

You should be fine. Sausage does tend to be high in fat and sodium so make sure your drinking a lot of water. And just don't tell the surgeon that you did it.

I agree 100% Am I reading your signature right that you've lost 100 lbs in 3 months? Well done!

On my full liquid diet I get soups, yogurt, pudding, runny cooked cereals (oatmeal or cream of wheat)

I take a multi, B-1 (3x week), B-12, Calcium w/ vit D
