Pudding & Yogurt Full Liquids?

ok, I thought I had this stuff down while I was pre-op but now that I am ready to prepare for the different phases I have read so many different things.

I have the instructions from my doc on how long on each phase and what they are, but confused on what foods qualify for what. While grocery shopping yesterday I got some greek yogurt and SF pudding and was so looking forward to trying it on my "Full Liquid" phase, but now I am thinking we shouldnt have this until mushies or soft foods?

I know I will be able to do strained creamy Soups and Protein drinks with milk, etc. but after that I am LOST! I also know there are tons of posts on here about it, but reading more and more is just going to get me that much more confused.

Any help!?

On my plan I could have greek yogurt and pudding on full liquids. I could only eat a couple of tablespoons though.

I'm 2 weeks post op just started applesauce and puddings on my soft food diet..on my liquid diet I only did protein, water, sf jello and sf Popsicles

I know they say that if you can run a spoon through it and see a line then it's to thick. I just had applesauce and had to add water to thin it out and it was fine, even the creamy soups I have to thin out alot then strain. My doctor said I could have cream of wheat if thin enough, but I haven't gotten there yet. I'm trying to take it slow.

Pudding and yogurt are one my full liquid list from my doctor.

On my full liquid diet I get soups, yogurt, pudding, runny cooked cereals (oatmeal or cream of wheat)
