Layer Crock Pot Meal

2 lbs lean hamburger meat (or turkey)----brown & drain.

1 onion chopped

1 can of ranch style Beans

1 can of pinto beans

3 cans of minestrone Soup

1 can Rotel

1 can of corn (optional)

Layer each in crock pot & cook 4-5 hours. Top it with cheese.

I am going to give it a try!!

Now what would that be for us who don't have a crock pot? :huh: and how long would the cooking process take then?

What is rotel?

Its usually found with tomatoe sauces or by velveeta cheese (its the sauce you put in cheese dip). It has tomatoes, onions...all chopped up. Very good.

I didn't really hv stages. I went from liquids three weeks to gradually adding mashpotatoes to relied beans to meat and whatever I could tolerate. Every doctor is different.
