My starting weight is the weight I started the WLS journey at.

Same. I use the weight from when I decided to get the sleeve.

I used the weight I was when I went to the doctor for the first time. although I do know that I weighed a lot more then that. :)

I use my pre op weight- hey it's only 4 lbs heavier than date of surgery :)

I use the weight from when I started the pre op diet, 2.5 weeks prior to surgery.

Used the weight from when this whole shebang started, first consult with surgeon.

I used the weight I was the day I had my first appointment with my surgeon. BUT....when people ask how much weight I've lost, I count from my highest weight, which was about 1 1/2 months earlier (and 24 pounds heavier). :)

With everything I use my highest ever weight, which is the day of my first consult. So if someone asks how much I've lost total I just calculate from there. It was the starting point of my journey.
