  5. How much do you all think exercise plays a part in weight loss after surgery. it may seem like a stupid question, but won't you body hold onto more if you aren't eating much and exercising? Do you find that with more exercise you lose more? or does it not matter?
  6. Date sleeved: Aug 30 Start weight: Aug 25 - 385 Aug 30 - 369 Weight today: 338 What you eating and how much daily: small amounts of whatever. Daily work out: Some walking, push ups, weights How hungery are you?:get a little hungry every couple hours. How you feel physically: I feel the same, no changes. How you feel emotionally: Doing very bad. Miss food and have bneen really unhappy. Are you glad you chose the sleeve?: No. if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't have got it. Anything extra to say?:
  7. Not to be a party pooper, but 34 pounds off someone that was 385 is nothing. I can't even tell.
  8. It's great for some and not for others. If I knew I was going to lose weight this slow, I would have tried harder to do it on my own. I can barely eat 4oz of food and not losing much at all. These stalls are BS. How can you exercise and eat 700 calories a day and not lose weight??? A lot of mental anguish, missing out, and weird things happening to lose just a few pounds.
  9. I wish I would have learned to lose the weight on my own. I totally regret having this surgery. My life has yet to change for the better, only the worse. Can't socially enjoy myself with my friends and not losing the weight I thought I would lose. I know what everyone will say, be patient or you couldn't do it on your own. Well a lot of people have done it on their own. I was much happier 2 months ago than I am right now. This really sucks. I advise all that are considering to think long and hard. I was supposed to be sleeved in April, chickened out and did it in August. I knew I hesittated for a reason. Worse decision of my life. I wish it could be reversed.
  10. here's the funny thing...I will be 3 weeks post op Thursday. never threw up, no pain at all, eating different foods, started 385 on pre op diet on Aug 25th, am now 351. Just not happy. Missing on a lot of social fun and miserable. I should have done it on my own.
  11. No, I wish I didn't do it and would not do it again if I had the chance to do it over again. Eventually I could have lost the weight on my own. I am totally not happy.
  12. You just started getting nauseated or did this start after suegery?
