Some time ago I spotted the name of a company that makes/sells single serving, low-carb pizzas. It was in a post on this site, but I can't find it now. If you're familiar with this product, please share the name with me! Many thanks!!

I dont know the brand, however I have a receipe for a low carb pizza you can make for yourself in about 8 minutes.

You buy the low carb garlic tortillas, they sell them at all grocery stores....put a tiny amount of oil or butter and line a skillet with it, then put the tortilla on it, with medium to low heat. spread on your favorite spagetti sause, or pizza sause....then add all the meat and veggies you like, spread cheese over top. cook right on the stovetop for about 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.

This is sooooo good, and my whole family loves it too. It is a really great option, and you will have enough for 3-4 meals for yourself.
