70 Pounds Gone For Good

  • Popular Post

Hi,

I am 4 months post op. I have lost 70 pounds and have 70 more to go. I'm so excited about this journey I am on. I went from a size 30 to 20, my knees barely hurt anymore. I am more active then ever, even doing the eliptical machine. this was the best thing I have done for myself. Thank you to everyone on this website you have answered all my questions and have been very supportive.

Fantastic! I bet that is an amazing feeling - I personally can't wait to be on the loser's bench (as I am still pre-op)

What does a typical day (food-wise) look like for you now that you are 4 months out?

b - greek yogurt and cheese stick

s - 8 oz milk

l - 4 slices lunch meat and cheese stick, vegis

s - 8 oz milk

d - 2-3 oz of meat and some vegetables

s - 8 oz milk

my doctor wants me to drink the milk instead of snacking kind of a pre- planned snack.
