They didn't weigh me.

Come to think about it I do not think I was either.

I believe I was weighed a few days earlier at the pre-op hospital visit. I know I was not weighed on the date of surgery.

I was weighed in day of surgery, only because I didn't know my exact weight.

Hmm. I'm curious because I'd like to know how much I have lost from this lovely pre op diet. I don't own a scale because I know I'd be on it constantly. And in pre op class they said 4 patients that had surgery that morning had lost an average of 10-18# apiece

You can ask them to weigh you...I didn't own a scale back then ...lol...at my pre op app I weighed 304 and day of surgery I was 289..so I list 15 pounds on that evil diet...lol

Went for my medical clearance today!! Day 6 of pre op diet and down 6lbs. Makes me happy to know the pre op diet is working!!

Had my one week post op visit today! Everything is going great. I don't have a single complaint! Dr. Pham is very pleased with my recovery. I am loving life! Also, since the pre-op diet I'm down 22 pounds! Only 90 more to get to my personal goal!

Good. Dr. Pham was my surgeon as well maybe I will see you at his next support meeting on October 1.

I will be at the meeting this October!

Cool. If you were at the last one I was with the young girl. In October will be dropping her off and grandmas.

Going to my seminar with Dr Posner on weds! Looking forward to getting the process started! I'm weighing in that night...ahhhhhh. :-)

Just starting my journey to a new me! sent from my iPad

I wasn't at the last one unfortunately. I just was sleeved 8/29 and with school I miss 90% of the groups which I hate because I love them. But I will see you there, I am the young girl :) 2nd youngest patient he's ever had!

I feel younger wished I was lol. I was Sleeved July 11. As for being busy my job is very stressful and I end up working late few times per month depending. I also have a young teen with disabilities. I am still finding time to work out.

Tomorrow is my day!! It doesn't seem real. I had all these crazy thoughts and feelings and now it just doesn't seem real! I just drank my last protein shake.
