So today I got the most depressing news' date=' my thyroid bloodwork is still out of range so now I have to wait ANOTHER 6 freaking weeks for another reading after another med adjustment :( I was ready to submit to insurance on Friday as long as all my labs came back normal today :(

Independent Health requires the thyroid level to be at least 0.4 minimum before consideration... I am now at 0.06... how the hell am I gonna get up that high if they only decrease my dose by 25mcg?! (apparently I've been taking too much synthroid hence the low reading)

10 years and I cannot get this goddamn thyroid regulated, always having to change doses. Do yourselves all a huge favor and STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM SOY PRODUCTS. Soy is a thyroid killer!

I'm doomed :(

Good luck to everyone else here you all seem to be doing great. Seeya in 6 weeks unless I book a flight to Mexico and get it done there![/quote']

I'm sorry this is happening... Such a bummer... Keep the faith...I maybe switching to IH so now I will check my blood work to see what it is. Ugh

First appt went well. I get to go back to work next week, I'm also 9 days post op and have lost 9 more pounds.

I have not been there since I met with the personal trainer. Can you Google it? I ordered mine online. Wow you waited last minute.

Best wishes!!! Glad to see you back on here

Hang in there QueenCityGal - It is worth the wait (I know...the wait is miserable!!).

Frankly - there are waits on the other side of the surgery that are hair pullers too. I keep trying to remind myself that I will not be a size 8 when I wake up tomorrow. I keep thinking "Patience is a virtue". It doesn't always work....

I hope you get what you need. Sam's club and BJ's has Premier protein drinks 11 oz ready made re-sealable bottles very good $18. Also Wal Mart has high protein shakes body fortress whey protein $15 and change. Both 30 grams of protein and good.

I do not know did not happen to me. For one day I would not panic wait and see it could be due to lack of solids.
