I miss those days now I either lose nothing, gain 1 lb or lose only 1-2 per week. I still have 70 to go. I excercise daily

Surgery was 10/8- lost 9 pounds so far. 21 total

I had surgery in June and I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks in a row. I am so frustrated! I have 23 lbs to go to be at goal.

Hang in there! Sounds like you have done amazing if you are only 23lbs from goal. Way to go! That's awesome

I have lost 41 since surgery, 65 since April when I started with buffalo general.

That's great

Monday is the day!

Same here. I have been thinking about getting my winter coat out too, and my daughters since she has to walk to school. I have a winter coat that I used to fit into that fits again and I'm excited that I will get to wear it this year! Hoping it warms up a little by the end of the week. Stay warm!!

Julia you work downtown too? Where? I work for the county in Children's Services along with CPS.

Yep! I work at Roswell Park. I definitely agree it is always at least 5-10 degrees cooler downtown than anywhere else. Not to mention it seems like the air conditioning always seems to be on in my department.

In my building it is either too hot or too cold. I am not far from you.

So that's so fun y you say that, I've now been at the same weight for five days! What the heck! It's been almost three weeks from my surgery, has their ever been anyone that didn't lose a good amount of weight from the sleeve? I'm worried, I've lost 23lb from the start of my pre surgery diet, any advice?

My biggest suggestion is protein, protein, protein. When I have that in the right portions I lose much better.
