I have the same issue I started looking into butt injection and choose to go to Miami for them, when I was in college there all my friend got there boobs done at south fl surgical center and they came out great so am getting my butt done for about 2 grand and I got on a payment plan. In Miami everyone has fake parts it common .

I had this done after I had lapband (a year later). It is a few years later and you can barely tell. I have had several sergeries and having the fat injected was the worst pain out of all of them. So wasnt worth the pain and I dont recommend it to anyone for the results

Do you recall how much fat you had transferred?

Have you lost additional weight since the transfer or would you say the majority of it just reabsorbed?

Pretty sure it just absorbed. So wasnt worth it lol it was really sore for awhile!!! I have a high pain tolerance too. Wont be doing that ever again haha

Usually a butt lift consists of Lipo fat taken from another part of ur body, so I would wait until you get down to the size you want and then go for it. Plus you might still have a nice booty when your done!
