Does anyone know if its ok to have flax seeds at around 6 months out? I don't have a NUT to ask!

I would have to say yes...but if you have had ANY issues with fissures, fistules, leaks, etc, I would avoid it...also remember, we cannt flush things as readily as we used to - small seeds need to be consumed with fiber, always - sleve or no...

At 3 months out I started eating chia seeds...mix them in my yougurt. No adverse effects that I can tell.
