Day Three Pre Op Tomorrow

Tomorrow is day three on my pre op. I am upse cause I haven't seen a pound loss. Any suggestions? I'm doing a shake for breakfast a good meal and. Shake for dinner. I'm also walking an hour at the park everyday. Should I only do shakes? My surgery is June 4th

Hey there I was just thinking that yes you can and will lose weight preop but the important thing is to shrink your liver. My dr said he can tell if the diet wasn't followed. He has even turned down people after starting the procedure for having not shrunk down there liver enough. That being said I want to have my surgery go smooth which should be around the 11th of June so I started the protein and protein bars yesterday. Other than being super tired and hungry its all good.

Im hoping to lose a good amount too but my dr told me to only weigh myself once a week. It maybe a little to soon to see any difference on the scale.

I just got all freaked out with the girl who wasn't sleeved cause her liver didn't shrink :(

I know I read that too!! I also read on here about the possibility of sleevers gettiing dementia early because were removing the ghrelin hormone which is linked to memory/learning. :( .Im getting more nervous by the day!!
