Was scheduled for v day but was postponed till next day on the 15th. I am 54 pounds down and have been at a stall for two weeks. I had some complications at first but I feel better now. Still getting used to all the changes.

Hello, I also had my sleeve yesterday ---- May 15. I am home today and so far so good. Every thing went smooth. I have not been or had anything to eat. I am suppose to take it easy and am aloud to take up in 1ounce of Water every two hous. Heck it took me 15 minutes to just sip 1 ounce. So two more days on Water and then I can introduce myself to water downed drinks, no Protein Shakes and nothing you can't see through until my visit next Tuesday. Kinda scary thinking I will be living on water the next couple of. But hey what is a week in my life -- considering what my future holds. Just wish I knew about this before I turned 64'. But better late than never. I wish you and all our May sleevers easy sailing from this point on.

Sleeved on 2/9 and as of today down 56 pounds. I've had the flu for two weeks at the begining of May so I think that helped some. I feel great but can still only eat about 3/4 of a cup of food. Is this about average for everyone else? Most of the time it doesn't really bother me but there are times when I do wish I could eat a little more.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
