Anyone go from band to Sleeve having trouble loosing?

I lost 91 lbs, with my band. I had a Peanut Butter incident which forced me to have my all my saline taken out in December. My doc then talked to me about the sleeve. So I was sleeved March 28th. Between December and March I gained almost 30 lbs, I went a little crazy figuring I was gonna be unable to eat for some time. (I know, don't judge me, I regret it now, but I can't change the past.)

Anyway, now my weight will not come off. I'm not eating nearly as much, I began working out the last three weeks, I'm eating much healthier foods but my scale just will not move.

I keep thinking my body is in shock from all the crazy eating and the nothing much. Also because I only have 50 lbs to lose so now it is just not falling off as easy as the first 80 did.

I'm just lost and was wondering if anyone else went from band to sleeve that had already lost a significant amount of weigh was having any issues.

I'm a revision and a slow loser. I think it's not coming off because as fast because you're closer to your goal. I say, follow your plan and keep exercising. It'll come off. It will just take time.

I was told that with a lower BMI, we won't lose as fast. I hate that, but will be glad just to be losing at all. I have gained almost 30 pounds in the last year (ten just since they took out SOME of my fill last month).

Yeah I will definately be a slow loser. Had my revision may 9th and am at 194 (3 lbs up from surgery day actually). I want to try for 145 so I also 'only' have about 50 to lose. A girl I work with who had her sleeve done april 23rd has already lost 40. It will happen, don't worry, just be patient. We've just already had our fast loss with the band so we'll have to be more patient

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
