I was sleeved on 3/12. I've been at 249 lbs since 3/23. It's fluctuated between 249 and 251. I know I'm losing inches though because I can feel it and see it in my clothes. I weighed myself yesterday morning at 249, I may weigh myself when I get home from work today and have it say 251. I wouldn't consider it actually gaining a lb, we may be retaining liquid, perhaps there is something in your sleeve that wasn't there the last time you weighed in, bloating etc... I've learned the hard way to stop watching the scale. The lbs WILL come off. :)

I know it's soo easy to get up, after all we did cut out a portion of our stomach. Have faith we all stall. That's the body way of handling all that's going on. As long as your eating and drinking what you are required to eat and drink then you are fine. That extra pound could be Water or TMI poop lol. You are doing great!

You're in the midst of the traditional if dreaded 'three week stall'. Most of us experience this. Keep to the plan and this shall pass. LIke it's been said above, measure yourself weekly. Even when we're not losing pounds we typically lose inches.

Same thing happened to me! Dropped 22 lbs and then week 2.5... STALL!!!! I thought, "Great! Im going to be one of the very few this surgery doesnt work for!!!" But after about a week, I dropped 2 lbs! I think we all want that fast weight loss, thats normal. Keep doing what you are suppose to do and it will come off. I know its incredibly hard to do, but you may want to just weigh yourself once a week (easier said than done... I know!)

Just like everyone above has said....it is the 3 week stall and most of us experienced it. I'm 4 months out and about every 2-3 weeks I have a stall but then it kicks back in again. YES, it is very discouraging but you will see that the weight will continue to come off. You might even experience some depression as I am working my way through right now. It's not only a physical change but a HUGE emotional change as well. So, hang in there!!! YOU WILL SUCCEED!

In my first stall now and not really freaking out about it because I have read so many times that it is common. I can see the inches gone, my clothes fit better (some are way too big) and I feel great. I can paint my toenails again without it being a major ordeal, etc. Loving it!! Hang in there - you ain't done yet!! :D

According to my scale when I was almost 3 weeks out I gained 4 pounds...then a friend pointed out that I looked "puffy" and gave me a Fluid pill. Since I was SO used to seeing myself at 441 lbs it didn't register that I was smaller and was "puffy". I took the pill that day and the next morning those 4 lbs plus 5 more were gone.

Yep...it's happened to almost all of us at the exact same time. It will pass, don't be upset. It's not worth it. :)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
