Me! Two pounds to go! I thought I was going to hit it really fast then a gain and stall hit. Praying I hit it this week! It's a big goal for me, then 175 because I will no longer be obese!

Awesome girl! You can do it! Whats your plans for exercising? I have been through huge numerous stalls lately then I lose a ton fast and then stall out...lol its a cycle for me..lol

Today my hubby brought home chicken. I ate 2 bites of the mashed potatoes, one bit of chicken, and im working on a Water bottle. Thats all i have ate today and since it was fattening i will need to watch what I eat the rest of the day. I have a small steak ill eat for dinner and thats probably it.. Ive been staying full alot longer if I eat straight meat... luckily I lOVE MEAT!! lol

6 lbs away from onderland! I haven't been less than two hundred in at least 12 years, maybe longer.

I want to hit onderland before my Hubby returns from Trinidad, so hopefully in a couple of weeks. I have been in a stall now for awhile!

Would you all help me? I want to help my husband since has been so great and helped me so much since I had surgery. He entered this St. Paddy's contest on Facebook and he really wants to win the case of guinness as the prize. Would any mind going to the link http://www.facebook....18004314928755/ and selecting the line "So drink up and sing cheers, this we do recommend." For my part, for every sleever that votes, I'll add 2 minutes to my treadmill time!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Anyone had the TORe procedure? How did it go? How much weight did you loose?

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
