Funny How The Body Works

Over 2 years ago i was 245lbs and did the hcg diet and got down to 185lbs and a size 12. Now at day of surgery i was 255lbs and i am down to 191lbs as of today and funny thing i am still in a size 16 maybe a 14. I am only 6lbs away form that 185lbs i was before and yet 2 sizes away from that size 12. I think it just goes to show you that our body does what it wants.

No i am working out more now than i did then. But i am doing less cardio and more weights because my trainer told me that because of my low cal intake i should use them in weights and mild cardio that way i can focus being tone.
