Hello everyone' date='

I know this story may seem so silly to some, but it was quite a moment for me.

Last night my husband and I went out for my very first "outing" treat; frozen yogurt. When we arrived I grabbed a small bowl, this alone is major because I have NEVER grabbed a small anything before, even in my mind it felt wrong, I filled it about 3/4 of the way and my messed up mind was thinking, "this does not look like enough", I ate about 5 small spoonfuls AND.......... I was so full!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really could not believe it! Never in my life have I ever been able to not finish a meal, a dessesrt, a drink, or anything! I was actually full and it was such a major moment for me. I actually broke down and cried about it. I didn't cry because I couldn't eat it, I cried because of so many times I wished that the time would come where I could actually push food away without eating it all, and I did it 40 years later. It was such a moment for me, thank you for letting mr share it with you.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
