Flu Like Symptoms Coming On

My surgery is 6 days away and I am feeling flu like symptoms just starting. Do i have anything to worry about? If so, is there anything i can do or take to fend this off?

I'm pumping vitamin c and staying in bed.

Good question....I am having my surgery next Mon. 27th and have had a cold/sinus thing for over a week...I don't know what to do...I too take Vit. C and get plenty of rest...I go to my last appointment tomorrow and I don't know if I should mention it to my surgeon or not...I was wondering if I did would he put me on an antibiotic...or postpone my surgery....hope you feel better soon...
