I feel like I've gotten off track
I'm almost 3 months out now, and I don't feel like I'm trying very hard to lose weight. So I decided to do the Bootcamp on here to get myself back on track-figured my butt needed kicked back into shape! I started today, eating no carbs and I have actually almost drank the million quarts of Water for the day. I still don't have alot of motivation to exercise, but I'm going to work on that.
I don't really have the right to complain, I have lost weight since surgery, but I haven't lost any weight for a couple-three weeks now!! I've lost 38 lbs since my surgery and I had lost about 15 lbs with the pre-op diet. Did anyone else have problems this early on?? I feel like I've flunked or something lol. I have to go back to my surgeon next week for another follow-up and I have to have my Vitamin panels drawn, and I'm pretty sure their going to realize that I haven't been very faithful on taking my Vitamins either. Ugh, I need my butt kicked for being so lazy with all of this!!!! Any advice on how to kick my own butt would be greatly appreciated!
