please help me i am computer illiterate - i would like help w/my blog, ticker and my fitness plan

my ticker is finally started - but i don't see it on the computer

my blog has also been started, but somehow i've enterred and now have 3 blogs set up

fitness plan i have password - but not able to do whats next

i want to work on my blog especially, but i want to be able to post my food too on my fitness plass

my ticker has been established but it never shows

hey flag, my ticker is down again - i have short hair, but i'm pulling it out strand by strand. from past experience, it might come up for a bit then go down. thanx for responding

hi again flagsaffian - well my ticker is down again i can't see anyone elses ticker either.

i did email alex, at least 3x for a short time period it comes up, then its down again. Kind of how i feel
