Good morning All Stars!!! I had a pretty good week again; I am down 2.5 lbs this week, weighing in at 220 lbs today. I actually hit 220 yesterday (and stayed there today), which was my Thanksgiving goal-I made it 6 days early! I love my sleeve, and I am so thankful I was able to have this procedure done. Hope you all are having a wonderful week as well!

I finally broke my stall this week and lost 3 lbs - I am down to 194.2! I'm still 2.8 lbs away from my Thanksgiving goal - I'm going to try really hard to get there but weight loss has been crawling along. If I have another 3 lb week I can do it! I've kicked up my exercise and have been doing Protein Shakes for Snacks instead of cheese, etc. Maybe that will make a difference. I want to enjoy the day on Thanksgiving but I want to hit my goal first. Good luck to everyone this week!

Down 3lbs this week! Weighing in at 215. I'm pretty happy about it. I actually hit 215 on Wednesday and have been there ever since. Looking forward to dropping another pound or two this week. I exceeded my Thanksgiving goal by 4 pounds which is amazing. I love my serve
