Erin, which ready to drink Protein drink are you using at 20g Protein? I like the Atkins but they are just 15. I like the vanilla.< /p>

Lynda, how many shrimp=3 oz? I am not to that food stage yet but trying to get prepared.

I use "EAS" AdvantEdge Carb Control - I have seen this brand elsewhere, I buy it at Meijers, Wal-mart and Wal-Greens pharmacies. I use to be a faithful Adkins protien drink user and switched to EAS - more protien, less calories and less expensive. 110 Calories - 17 grams of protien 3 carbs - beats Atkins.. try it!

I'm using the EAS Myoplex Lite it has 20 grams of Protein for 11 ounces. I also have the EAS Carb Advantage which has 17 grams of Protein for 11 ounces. I have found it to be the best tasting ready to drink shake and you can get it at Target for $4.99 for a pack of 4.
