7th month sleeve anniversary today. Made the best decision to follow my surgeons advice and get the sleeve rather than the band, which is what I went in looking for initially. Found this wonderful support site after decision to get sleeved. My after picture was taken late February - 1 1/2 months ago. Hit my personal goal in February. Down now to a size 4 or 6 depending upon clothing maker.

I love my sleeve. No regrets.

Congrats you look great, I am so happy for you. I am 11 days post op, I too went in initially wanting a band, I am so glad I chose the sleeve, I cant wait to be in your shoes. Best wishes as you embark on your new journey!

What an amazing transformation! I was sleeved via SiLS approach, which is also a single incision. I guess they are the same thing with a different name. I am only 9 days post op but I am so happy I made the decision to get sleeved rather than banded as well. What an amazing gift this surgery is to those of us who have struggled with our weight for so long. It is time to live!
