It's Finally Here!

My time is finally here! I am heading off to the hospital in just 1 hour for my surgery!

My name is Gayle and I am 21 year old female that is hypothyroid and weighs 400 lbs. I am still surprised with myself that I have made the decision to have this surgery, and it still doesn't feel real yet. I guess I am still afraid something will happen to make the surgery get canceled!

I made it all the way through the liquid pre op diet, and that wasn't even that hard! My mouth right now is kind of dry, but I am not supposed to have anything to eat or drink after midnight so I guess I will just have to put up with that. I didn't sleep much, too much excitement. Actually haven't been sleeping well for about a week now! I am so ready for this to happen for me! I will post about my surgical experience later, but I just couldn't wait to post about this! Thanks everybody!
