Glad you found a calcium supplement that you like. Do you know if these are calcium citrate? Citrate is the type of calcium that most sleevers are told to take for maximum absorption.

Yeah I couldn't find on the link if they were citrate or carbonate. Hopefully citrate though, I need to find a calcium supplement that I like!

funny they don't list nutritional information. Are they at least 500 mg of calcium? I am understanding that we need 1000-1200 mg a day in split doses. It has been my expeirnece gummy any thing is low in mg.
