could it be you're impacted and need an enema?

I would drink milk of magnesia every day until then. That is a serious matter.

Since surgergy I drink MOM at least 1 time a week to prevent bowel obstruction/locking.

Hey everyone. Just an update. I was sleeved on 10/22. When I weighed myself at home the day of surgery, I was 214.8lbs. Today I got on the scale and I weighed 206.4. I ended up coming down with a cold so it is a pain to keep blowing my nose and coughing up phlegm. I habe been walking around. I walked twice yesterday. I am going to try to get more Protein down today since I only got 14oz down yesterday. I calculated it wrong yesterday. I thought I had 17 but it was only 14. So I need to get more in today.

I hope you feel better soon. At the beginning it's hard to get in all your protein and liquids.< /p>

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
