ACCOUNTABLITY (yeah i'm crawling my way back to dedication)

Recommended Posts

Summer has hit, i'm sitting at home doing nothing. I want to sit here and eat, but I know its the perfect opportunity to kick up my long stagnate weight loss. So here it is. I WAY overate yesterday and I felt it yesterday (my pouch was already stretched) so i'm going to force myself on liquids and mushies.

TODAY I WILL:

Drink 5 bottles of Water

Stay on liquids or mushies

NOT weigh myself

Do something excersize related for at least 30 min.

Here I go: STARTING WEIGHT 173 as of today

Anyone want to join me with the accountability thing?

Good for you Malice X Girl.

The hardest part is making yourself take that first step. The second hardest part is making yourself take the NEXT step. And then the one after that! Do it enough times, though, and it becomes easy. At least, that's what they tell me.

I'll wish you good luck if you'll wish me some! Seriously, take this chance to make a change for the better.

I'm with you. I've really lost my mojo lately. Still losing but I think I've just gotten too comfortable, feeling to good with the weight loss I've had and forgotten that I'm only half way there!

I am sure a lot of us here are compulsive eaters. I binged tonite and probably ate 1000 in junk. OOPS. well I will go exercise at lunch tomorrow, since that is the only time I end up doing it, and I will not binge tomorrow. I refuse to beat myself up over it. I have fallen off the wagon before, but I just cut back for the next couple days. We can do this! We are worth it. Drink the heck out of Water and low cal drinks when we want to munch. wash that fat away :biggrin1:

Hello girls,

Im struggling as well, BIG time.Im being good over the whole day but when I come back home from work I totally pig out,not like I used to before, but still I know damn well I shouldnt be eating that much.

If I could at least excercise but the temp here is 35 degrees Celsius and AC in the gym is broken. It sounds like excuse but really I cant excercise in that weather,I would faint.

Oh well I told myself that Im gonna behave today,so far so good:-)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
