One Year ago today!

I had my sleeve surgery one year ago today!

It's just been the best year I could imagine. I love not being fat and I have been maintaining at goal for over 6 months.

My last pair of jeans that I bought is a size 6 and the top I bought was a small. I've gone from a 3 X to a SMALL!

I am so glad somebody invented sleeve surgery!:thumbup1::thumbup::biggrin0:

Sometimes I feel like I can eat more, then there are other days that a few bites fill me up.

Maintaining is very easy for me. I am bad about eating junk food, but I weigh every day. If I gain a couples lbs, I am right back to eating right and it is gone the next day.

I gained 8 lbs on a 10 day cruise and lost it all in a week.

I love this aspect of the sleeve! You are still using it as a tool and working it when needed to keep you at your goal!

Daisy....congratulations!!! And thanks for continuing to share your story with us newbies and semi newbies. You are an inspiration to many of us.

Congratulations Daisy! Since I joined this message board your attitude has been very supportive. I am so happy for you and wish you continued happiness in good health.
