Well I found another site Obesity Help . com and I like the integrity of that site much better.

I have seen a lot of the same members from here over there and I have a feeling its for pretty much the same reasoning that I have.

Thanks for asking Lee!!

I hope to see you over there as well.

Hi Ishary

I post on both too, if it is because of nasty people, you will find them on both sites. Sorry that is just the way is is, some people have nothing better to do than hurt people's feelings!

I wish you all the best!! My name over there is bdette49, see you there!

Oh cool let me get over there now to accept! I spend more time at this site but I do check OH out from time to time and use the "Health Tracker" to track my food intake.:thumbup1:

I use both sites too, and have found lots of good info on both of them. There are some negatives on both sites too, such is life! I just try to focus on the good stuff.

I haven't found any problems here yet but I'm also a member of obesity help.com .

The more information the better.

I post daily over there too. There are some good posts about doctors there and they are not being deleted the way they are here. I do not like the way every time my doctor's name is mentioned, it's hyperlinked so that another doctor's name pops up. Now even the country they practice out of is hyperlinked as well. That doctor must be paying a lot more for advertising.

If you're truly serious about wanting to deactive your account and remove all postings; photos, I can do that for you. However, I wish you would reconsider as your posts may be helpful to others on this board and those who may join. Please give it some thought and send me a PM with your decision. We hate to see you leave us permanently.:001_smile:

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
