Looking for a Mentor...Surgery will be on 4/7/10

Hello All,

I am having my vsg on April 7th and am looking for a mentor who is a vegetarian and/or interested in organic foods. I myself am a pescatarian (my main source of Protein is fish) who also eats eggs/dairy as long as they are humane-certified.

Anyone who can share their tips/knowledge will be very much appreciated!

Blessings,

Denise

I am neither a vegatarian or an organic food person. . . but i just wanted to share with you that fish is very very agreeable with VSG! That is my main source of protein as well. . . i eat all types of fish and seafood and none of that has ever upset my stomach at all. . . just a note. . . thanks and good luck!

Hi ThinOneDay,

Thanks for the tip about the fish! I am so glad that I can enjoy it with the sleeve...it is such a good, healthy source of Protein.

Take Care!
