I feel great today I saw my doc yesterday he said every thing looks great. I have lost 22lbs and he said I can eat thick soups yummmmm I love fresh and easy soups. Then solids in a week. I started at 333 down to 311 as of this morning. I m back at work since Monday doing good still a little sore but it's cool. I am so excited for my new journey in my weight loss.
