One year!!!!

It was one year for me on march 20th. I lost 56lbs. I want to loose 20 more lbs but it seems harder now. I get really bad allergies and this caused me to get really tight, I had Fluid taken out. Now that the swelling went down I'm hungry all the time. Can't wait to go get my fill.

Congratulations on your weight loss! The band can be so unpredictable! Staying in tune with your band and body is so important! It definitely seems like you understand that! Good luck with those last 20 pounds!

One year coming up April 10 this last 25 is the hardest I keep going up 1 down one
