Made the ground chicken muffins

Oh my dinner was wonderful tonight. So ez to make chicken muffins. I use to be a chef so I don't measure. I used 1 lb ground chicken 1 egg sautéed onions and broccoli and a little onion Soup mix. Mixed all together and put in greased muffin pan on 450 for 20 min. Yummo good!

  • Do you brown the chicken first? Or just cook it in the muffin pan?

well, anything would be good with sausage. LOL. I was just thinking that cause I took out some ground turkey and wasn't sure how I was gonna cook it tonight. However the God's of LBT came to me and provided me with the answer. By the way, thinking of playing the lottery tonight too . . . . waiting Gods of LBT... . lol

No I just mixed it all together and put it raw in a greased muffin pan. The top was nice and brown and crispy!!! You could put anything u want in the chicken or turkey I had 3 left over so I froze them to eat later!!
