Very uncomfortable pain

Is anyone experiencing this weird feeling while you are eating in your chest?? It's not heartburn.

I can take 1 or 2 spoons of food and I just feel horrible

I had my band placed 1 month ago

I have that sometimes. Some days it doesn't bother me, others it does. People on here have said its like wearing a ring, some days its tighter than others. Best of luck! Chew, eat slow, wait between bites, small bites. :)

You need to take smaller bites and eat slower. The feeling in your chest is at the point where your band is trying to push the food through. If the bites are too big or not properly chewed that is when you will feel dicomfort. If you are not careful you may even get stuck and that really hurts.
