How long were folks off work?

Just wondering how long people were off work after the procedure. I had it done on Thursday and really hoped to be back at work on Monday. Turns out that was a bit too optimistic. I'm a school teacher and really want to get back but don't want to push it!

I had my surgery on a Thursday and was off the following week - 7 days off work total.

Two weeks.

I'm retired... always off! LOL

i had it on a wed, and like you, wanted to go back on monday but ended up taking the entire next week for a total of 8...def glad i did that

Banded on 12/21 and was back at work on 12/26 with no issues whatsoever. However I have a desk job so it wasn't as taxing as having to be on your feet most of the day.

4 days including the weekend

Exact same here!

I also had it done on a Thursday & was planning on going back to work the following Monday. Turned out I was way too tired to go back, so I took the following week off. Total of 7 days! I highly recommend it!

Thursday seems to be the day of choice. I planned on going back Monday but didn't happen. I did work from home tho. Then the next 2 days I went in the office for half days..back to ft on Thursday.

I had it done on a Thursday and went back on Wednesday. Could have gone back on Tuesday because I spent the whole day shopping. Just remember -no heavy lifting

I would have needed a full work week, possibly two. (I own my business and can take as much as I want)

I was off for 3 weeks...but I think I could of gone back after 4 days...

My job was lifting people.....also I was told I could not lift my son (he weighs 60lbs) for 3 weeks.....

I must say I enjoyed the 3 weeks off !!!
