The fills do not do all the work! A good friend has lost over 80 lbs in 6 months with no fill!

My question would be why are you drinking 2 meals a day? At this point are you on solids. I wouldn't worry about not being hungry between meals. I would be more concerned about eating solids which is

I had surgery on Nov 7th with a 1 day preop diet and have lost 19.5 lbs so far. I notice I can eat a lot less and don't have to feel sickly full to be satisfied anymore. I asked my Dr if I had anything in my band and he said no. I can drink a protein shake for breakfast as well as a shake around lunch time and then eat something light between then and dinner and I am just fine. I notice a lot of fellow bandsters says they are still hungry. I am also scared of slipping my band as I do not want to have another surgery so maybe that is in my mind instead of hunger. Has any one else been ok with no fill? I also wonder if I really could have done this my self and just waisted my money. I know that was not possible as I have always tried.
