    Had my surgery 12/7/12 and doing good .My problem is I am not getting the protein I should be getting every day.I drink a cup of hot Ovaltine with unsweeted silk almond milk every morning a slimfast 3-2-1 20g protein drink at lunch.and campbells tomato soup at dinner.With snacks light jello, popsicles Im not getting the protein on a daily basics.So should or can I add a protein powder to my soups and ovaltine.I need at least my 60 grams of protein .If protein powder is the answer what is the best tasteing.Open for suggestings.Excuse my spelling but I cant find spellcheck on here.
