So I had surgery the 16th nd I am on 3 protein shakes a day nd I could have jello. Lunch just passed nd I've already had 2 shakes nd some jello nd I am very hungry at this moment I could hear my stomach grauling do u guys have any ideas?

Drink some more water.

Drink Water, Also Unflavored protein can be mixed with any flavor!

Try to go for a walk.....take a bath....anything to get your mind off of being hungry ...Good Luck....stick with it...its so worth it

Brush your teeth. It helps lol but it does.

I had surgery on the 16th as well. I add a tablespoon or 2 of yogurt and a few frozen berries into my blender. I find it adds a bit of weight and certainly some nutrients. Agree though that I'm hungry between meals too.

I had surgery on the 16th and I don't get hungry like that. I can barely eat without getting full. I have no saline in my band. I do try to get a bunch of Water in. My tummy makes a lot of noises but I don't think it's hungry noises. More water should help. Protein powder in Soup or whatever your having should help.

Me, either! I haven't started getting hungry yet! I can barely down 2 oz of a shake! It had me concerned so I called my doc and he told me I was fine! I don't have any saline in my band either!

Great! Still sore if I move a certain way, but other than that I feel really good! I love being full all of the time, although, I know that feeling will pass soon!How about you?

Doing good, everyday seems to get better. I love that feeling too. Lol! Can't wait to feel 100% normal again.

I'm on full liquids now, I was only on clear for 48 hrs. I have a little bit of tomato soup and wet cream of wheat.
