Hi everyone my name is Tessa I am 26, a mom to 2 handsome little boys and a Army wife currently stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany! I started my lapband journey 9 months ago on January 31, 2012. I am down 90 pounds and only 8 pounds away from my goal weight, 5 pant sizes, 1 shoe size, 4 bra sizes, and 3 ring sizes
and couldn't be happier! It hasn't been easy by any means, I exercise everyday and recently have disovered that I love to run, I ran my first 5k October 13th to support breast cancer. I think my biggest challenges have been figuring out what foods I can now tolerate, and discovered bread is definentely a no go! With being a part of this awesome group I hope to gain a lot of knowledge on being able to maintain my weight and be a positive mentor to people looking to have the surgery done, because I would not have changed the decision I made for the world
