HELP!!!! Hello I started drinking protein shakes (protein powder)about 4 months ago im 2 years banded I add water to the powder I started to get bad Acne any suggestion

Stop drinking the shakes, you don't need them, and see if your acne clears up.

Believe it or not I'm seven years banded and never drink them (not even post op). I'm here, I'm fit and I lost 120% of my excess weight.

I agree with the others. You're 2 years post op, you don't need the shakes. Sure they're convenient once in awhile but they're not a necessity.

Just stop using Protein drinks and eat your protein.

Perhaps then try a different brand? Walmart sells protein shots, too.
